UntitledKieran McCarry, UnregisteredCame across this site by accident (honest!) I served as an MA/LMA from 1980 to 86 or 87 can't quite remenber which at the moment...
Was in the Falklands on the Canberra 25 years ago.....too many stories to go through now....then after a short stay at HMS Vernon surrounded by bubbleheads (so many bloody medicals to do) then it was off to Dolphin for Submarine training - after serving on HMS Splendid for a couple of years it was time to go out and try my hand at the outside world....
I came to Asia 11 years ago - its a long story and have been here ever since.....I now live in Malaysia....
I have happy memories (mostly) of RNH Haslar and the times in Portsmouth Plymouth...... I still see my old "oppo" Gary Moinet once every millenium and always get frightfully pissed (some things never change)...
